Social media for care providers

Social media can help care providers recruit, keep families informed and show the personality of their team. It needs care too: photos and stories about clients need consent, and posts must never reveal personal details.

We plan, write and schedule posts in your voice, or set up your accounts and give you a simple plan so your team can post confidently. We will also tell you honestly if social media is not the best use of your budget.

Why care providers choose us for social media

  • Care-aware contentConsent, dignity and confidentiality are checked before anything is posted.
  • Your voiceWe already know your website and services, so posts sound like you.
  • Recruitment focusJob posts and artwork that help carers picture working with you.
  • Honest adviceIf social media will not pay back for your agency, we say so.

Who it's for.

Plan, write and schedule posts that show the care you provide and help you recruit, with consent and privacy built in.

  • Recruiting agencies

Need a steady flow of applicants and a reason for carers to choose you.

  • Agencies with stories to tell

Good news, training milestones and community work that nobody sees.

  • Busy managers

Know social media matters, but have no time to post.

  • Teams who want to do it themselves

Need a plan, templates and confidence.

What social media does for your agency

Applicants and families often check your social profiles before they call. Regular, genuine posts show an active, well-run organisation with people behind it.

For recruitment, social media puts your vacancies in front of people who are not yet searching for a job but would move for the right employer.

Which platforms should we use?

It depends on who you want to reach. Facebook often suits families and local carers, LinkedIn suits commissioners and managers. We recommend a small number done well.

Can we post photos of clients?

Only with clear, recorded consent, and never with personal or health details. We check every post.

Can you just set us up to do it ourselves?

Yes. We can set up your profiles, templates and a simple plan, then train your team.

Do you run paid adverts?

Paid recruitment adverts can be planned and quoted separately.

Is it worth it for a small agency?

Often, mostly for recruitment. If it will not pay back, we will tell you before you spend anything.
