What London agencies' websites are missing
In November 2026 we checked the websites of 20 independent London home care agencies, the kind of agency we work with. These are the gaps we found most often:
- 3 of the 15 agencies with a CQC rating did not mention CQC anywhere on their homepage, even though the law requires the rating to be shown.
- 9 had no careers page linked from the homepage, and 2 more had a careers link that led to a “page not found” error.
- 9 had no privacy policy linked from the homepage.
- 2 loaded Google Analytics without any consent banner we could see.
None of these needs a large budget to fix. Each one costs an agency trust with families, commissioners or applicants.
What a London care agency website needs
- Your CQC rating, shown properly: on the homepage, dated and linked to your report.
- Clear pages for the services you offer and the boroughs you genuinely cover, written for families choosing care and for local authority commissioners.
- A careers page that works on a phone, because carers search and apply on their phones.
- A privacy notice and cookie controls that match what the website really does.
- Contact details that work: a phone number you can tap, and an enquiry form that reaches you.
How we work with London agencies
We are based in Preston and work with agencies across London by phone, video call and email. You see a free private preview of your new home page before any paid work, then agree the scope and price in writing. After launch you choose 4, 8 or 12 months of support.
