Written for the regulator that inspects you
Each UK nation has its own care regulator, and families expect to see the right one named on your website, with a link to your latest report.
Wherever you are
We have looked most closely at London so far, and we work with care providers in every part of the UK:
- London
- South East
- East of England
- South West
- West Midlands
- East Midlands
- North West
- Yorkshire and the Humber
- North East
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
Projects run by phone, video call and email, so where you are makes no difference to how we work together.
The regulator in each nation
- England: Care Quality Commission (CQC). Rated providers must show their latest CQC rating on their website (Regulation 20A). We add CQC's free ratings widget so it stays current.
- Scotland: Care Inspectorate. Care at home and housing support services are registered and graded by the Care Inspectorate. Your website should name the right regulator and link to your latest inspection report.
- Wales: Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). Domiciliary support services are registered with CIW. We word your pages for Welsh regulation, and can plan Welsh-language content where you need it.
- Northern Ireland: Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA). Domiciliary care agencies are registered with RQIA. Your website should say so, and link families to your latest inspection report.
