Design, build and rebuild
Ecommerce for care providers
Some care organisations sell online: training academies selling courses, providers taking deposits or invoice payments from private clients, equipment and daily-living aids, or charities taking donations. We build shops and payment pages that fit the rest of your website.
We set up products or services, payments through a trusted provider such as Stripe or PayPal, order emails and the reports your office needs, then show your team how to run it.
Why care providers sell online with us
- Built into your websiteThe shop looks and feels like the rest of your site, not a separate system.
- Trusted payment providersCard details are handled by the payment provider, never stored on your website.
- Clear for older buyersLarge text, simple steps and no surprise costs at checkout.
- Your team stays in controlAdd courses, change prices and manage orders yourselves after training.

What online payments do for your organisation
Taking payment online removes chasing and manual matching of bank transfers, and lets families or learners pay when it suits them.
For training providers, online booking fills courses without a phone call for every place, and gives your team a single list of who has booked and paid.

Which payment providers can you use?
Stripe and PayPal are common choices. We can work with others your bank or accountant prefers, where they offer an online checkout.
Do we need a separate shop platform?
Usually not. Payments can be built into your website. For large catalogues we may suggest a dedicated shop, and explain why.
Can families pay invoices online?
Yes. We can set up a payment page where a family enters an invoice number and pays by card.
Who handles VAT?
We set up VAT and receipts as your accountant advises. We do not give tax advice.
Can we move an existing shop?
Yes. Products, customers and orders can often be moved across, with redirects so links keep working.
